Ordering

Windy Oaks Estate wines are sold in select restaurants and wine shops, via the website, at our Carmel tasting room, and at the winery in Corralitos. Wine Group members enjoy special offers, discounts, and regularly scheduled shipments. If you’d like to order online and pick up your order in person, please call us after you’ve ordered to arrange it!

Payments

We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping

Wines are shipped via FedEx and normally arrive within three business days. Depending on your needs and location, we can ship overnight, use special ice packs when shipping during hotter times or to warmer locations, and/or accommodate WILL CALL pickups in Carmel or Corralitos… we’d love to see you! Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

Return Policy

We stand behind every bottle of wine we produce and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please be sure to inspect all packages upon receipt. Should any part of your order be compromised during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) so we can make it right.
